These rustic boules are created with the same dough as the Sour Dough Pullman. Baked directly on our hearth stone deck, the resulting loaves have thicker crust than the pullman loaves, but the same tender interior and super sour flavor.
Ingredients: King Arthur Special Spring Patent Flour, sour starter, yeast, honey, water, fine sea salt
